    Well, I gave in on 21 days, which it doesn’t surprise me because of the urges. The urges will become a phase and it will go. I just started working and I wake up super early in the morning, however, since I can be tired from working all day, I guess I just really wanted to jerk off to relieve the stress. Since I’m working on obstaining from PMO, are there any suggestions that can distract me from jerking off to porn after work?
     
  2. I used to religiously come home from work and pmo. What I do now is usually come home and watch baseball. Seems to be working. Now I’m not saying “go watch baseball!” ...but you have to find something to replace it with. If you’re like me then exercise is out of the question after work (I’m tired! I worked my ass off all day!). Maybe take up reading. Even comics or graphic novels. Casual video gaming can help as well.

    Anyway stay strong, my man. These are just a few things that help me more often than not.

    Try to find some new hobbies, what do you really want to do in life? Once I started nofap I realized what I wanted to do as a career and I also realized I wanted to learn Japanese. After work I'll watch some twitch streaming which has helped me a lot to just relieve stress and hangout with someone gaming. Hope this helps!
