Sleep. Watching porn in the dark made it harder to sleep afterwards, apparently the light from my cellphone had an adverse effect on my sleep.

At this stage in my life i just get on nofap for a while, then it's into bed watching anime until i'm too tired.
I spend my time eating entire pizzas, suffering through finals, procrastinating studying even though that is the cause of suffering through finals, and listening to the same few songs over and over again because they are that damn good.
It's either partying or sleeping. I HATE staying at home by myself at night. I hate staying by myself in my free time in general, really. If I'm home alone at night, then it's nonstop listening to music and online forums/chats (clean ones!), or I'll just start texting or calling friends.
Currently, I am spending my time with things that I abandoned because PMO like studying english, play some old games like age of empires II and watch some philosophy lectures on youtube.
Evenings are the worst for me. I really feel useless watching so many youtube, netflix etc... Normally if I feel like this - basically everyday- , I drink, watch porn and go to sleep. Now I trying to find other ways to keep myself busy. But it's a day to day struggle. This evening I decorated my Christmas tree... tomorrow i will do some cooking

i work 10:30 am to 7 pm as a cook, mixed days but i always work fri,sat,sun, i watch lots of movies mostly sci fi, i watch lots of youtube videos, documentaries, tutorials, i use it to learn Cantonese some times i accidentally learn Japanese cause i get tricked im not Chinese but i got many Chinese friends to practice my phrases , im inside to much but i need to start doing more i want to -get back into making music again -work out -take courses that well advance me -read more novels like i use to -travel the world , possibly make travel vlogs on youtube -possibly making videos of everything i can think of for my youtube channel
