Back again guys. Turns out I can't dip my feet in. Once you're an addict, you're an addict for life and you have to stay completely free

Day 5. Now I'm balling as know I'll get to a week purely because I cannot be arsed to go through the torture of Days 1,2 & 3 again!

Day 4. I had a lot going on today which kept my mind off it. It's nice not to have worry/ guilt feeling nagging away in social situations

Day 3. My brain is definitely wondering what on earth is going on. It's requiring a lot of deliberate effort to not fall down.

Still in the game, but pray this gets easier - absolutely tormented today

Day 2 fellas. The temptation is nagging away constantly like a pain in the backside. I'm going to get out the house and stay occupied.

Relapsed this morning and binged. Not moaning about it. Going to build back up again - starting aim 3 days.

Be thankful for the little things guys. Just because we're in the recovery process doesn't mean it all has to be doom & gloom!

It's important to stay calm and measured on this journey. Just take one day at a time and trust the process.

Relapsed this morning but learned from it and going to eliminate specific triggers. Keeping my head up and going to keep enjoying life!
