I have to go on and off meds a lot to deal with it. I’ve had severe anxiety since I was in the 5th grade.

Yes, anxiety in general and especially before tests. I'm taking some medication too, but it's not sufficient

Then, it might help to know that knowing everything is impossible. If you've prepared enough, covering as much as you can, with comprehension and sufficient review, there's no reason to worry any more. Also, talking to others that take the test with you might not be useful till the test is over.

Eae irmão! Não estou numa fase muito boa... Relapsei depois de 157 dias e desde então tive recaídas constantes (acho que o famoso chaser effect). Atualmente estou firme há 2 dias apenas, mas tô confiante que dessa vez irei longe. Obrigado pela mensagem, amigo
