I'm not saying video games are bad but that I don't find them entertaining anymore and like real world stuff more than virtual stuff. Sometimes I get bored and I have to force myself to play and even if I do I can't last 15 minutes doing. I don't know if this is a phase or it will last but it's been two months that I haven't played.

One thing I'm always worried about is finding my purpose and trying to obsessively control what happens but I know that I'm doing the right things in life and should keep going. Every piece will fall into place organically and without force!

Decent muscle growth and definition! Also the boost in testosterone has made a lot of difference both in my strength and muscle mass! Rest days are depressing!

Do you feel more energy in the mornings when you wake up as well? I find it really difficult to get up in the morning.

Only some days that I push myself hard with the workout, I tend to be kinda tired in the morning. But most of the time, I'm way more energetic than before retention. I'm even going for walks after workouts which I couldn't do at all before. The healing process depends on how extreme our body's been abused during the addiction and it's different for each individual.

To chase certain women! Too cheap of a goal! Definitely not self-improvement and becoming my best version so I can become successful and live a happy and natural lifestyle! Although women attraction comes with it too!

Yes, they do need viewer for money but the fact that he's now showing face and its content is not teaching manipulating games and toxic behaviors was interesting. It still helps both parties like a win win. It's good to learn the logic behind SR to keep you going! But I don't recommend binge watching them which would be a waste of time! Your brain can't differentiate between fapping and sex. That's why you feel you have no more drive and motivation to become better so you can attract a mate and help the survival of human species. The more you retain, the more your brain tries to help you attract a mate because it considers you are alone and not helping the cause.
