I think it depends on how healthy your lifestyle is if you're worried about your O frequency from a partner.

All-in-all, solid results so far. I am actually terrified of O right now because the benefits have been so good lol

Still working on defining more specific goals, but some other goals that I am working on is drinking less alcohol, no time-consuming gaming
