  If you do stay away from NoFap, best of luck to you!! It can get addicting, but that firstline replacement has helped lots of us ditch worse things :)

    I meant the site. NoFap will be *required* for a good life, but you can certainly do that on your own... (I did, recovered with Jesus' help before finding this place!)
