I emplore you to be surrounding yourself with healthy things today. Not social media, or video games, or TV. But a nice walk or podcast :)

Removed all of the tech from my room. My laptop, phone charges downstairs now, tv, PS4, Apple TV, EVERYTHING. It has helped so much!

Keep pushing. Even if you relapse, get back up. I know you're thinking of all the success stories, but you can't have success w/out failure.

I can't tell you how many days, weeks, and even months have gone by where I feel like it's all gone by in a foggy porn fueled blur.

Ask yourself what you're actually running from. Hopefully quiting porn makes it easier to see.

Your goal shouldn't be to just stop watching porn. It should be a pursuit of how to have a healthy outlook on sex and sexuality.

Tip of the day. It can literally be the simplest of things that lead you back to porn. Like not going to bed before midnight in my case.

It's when you start to let in those little bad habits that porn finds a way back in. Like waking up late or even biting your nails!

Just passed my first week! The depression is getting a little better, but feeling optimistic despite the extreme urges.

I don't know if anyone else feels severe withdrawls but jeeze, the depression is real.

I've been getting my butt kicked these past two weeks, but I'm not losing hope! I'm learning dwelling on the past only keeps you there.
