Yeah, the OP of that challenge would set you up in a duel with someone who is also available to challenge. It's one of a challenge among others in the Events and Challenges section. You can join other such challenges which you like.

You can post a new thread, starting your own Challenge, asking for people to join you. You can read around on Other's threads belonging to different categories like Self-Improvement and Off-Topic Discussion.
