Miracle of miracles: 200 days today.

Productivity Principle: Engage in action that builds us & helps us achieve our goals; we are likely going to feel good about ourselves.

Recovery Capital: the breadth & depth of internal & external assets & resources that can be drawn upon to initiate & sustain recovery.

I don’t know if I will ever be able to say I’ve completely overcome this; but if I stick to my game-plan, I know that I can succeed.

For the first time in a long time I can step back and look at my life without feeling extreme guilt and shame. (You can have this too.)

It’s amazing how multiple days can go by without ever using my laptop. Freedom tastes sweet.
