Recently had relaspe. one thing I learned is I stuggle with rejection. going to keep asking girls out to get over the fear.

You have weak willpower so don't rely on it to quit

You feel alone look around you. I bet you can find others you know who are struggling in silence.

Your likely not a bad person you just need to find a better coping method for your pain and stress.

You need to tell someone about your habit. do not hide in shame. Start your healing and understanding.

Identify the root of why you use it. what are you coping with?

This isn't just about quitting PMO it is about making you a more productive and better human being.

Set your phone down.

Conquering fears in other parts of your life is a good way to build confidence in your reboot.

Get an accountability partner! You need to be completely honest with them

create action items. it's fine to read books, NoFap, and listen to podcasts but if you are not implementing you are letting yourself down

If you have relapsed to a trigger it will likely happen again block it or replace it with something else.
