Blahblahnomorefapping

I've had a PMO compulsion routine since my early teen years and it has had an escalating trend ever since then. I decided that enough is enough and admitted to myself that I have a problem- I have a compulsive habit to PMO several times a day, and it hurts me, hurts those I love, wastes my time and takes away my focus. It's time to fight back. Enter NoFap. I love statistics/ math, and learning/practicing different languages (I speak Spanish and Portuguese with varying degrees of success and a little Japanese. よろしくお願いします！). All the cool peeps here, I know I'll need your support to make my goal of being PMO-free for 90 days and, I'd be glad to lend mine if it's valuable.
