You aren't being asked to link your introduction to your journal, although it is possible, you are simply being asked to copy/ paste a link from your journal to your introduction. If you wanted to actually provide a link between the two, you go to your journal, copy the link Go to your introduction page type the words you want to use as a link Highlight the word or words While the words are highlighted, go to the toolbar, above the written text and click on the chain link symbol which will activate an insert window Paste the copied link into the window and press {enter}. The words you initially highlighted should be blue. That's the process of linking information from one page to another.
Very serious share here man. Excellent. Thank you. I think I should try to read this once a week. I'm 4 days no P and just 1 day no M right now. Just time to get more serious and more real about this commitment. And every other commitment. Thank you.
I found this brief interchange to be humorous. A few years ago, I wished a British friend, "Merry Christmas." He looked at me with some indignation, and let me know that he would be celebrating with his family. That was what I had assumed. With more explanation, I came to understand that in British celebrations it takes an abundance of alcohol to get merry. Families with children enjoy happy Christmas celebrations. They have to chuckle at those Yanks that raise their green pints and slur, "Happy Saint Patrick's Day!"
I second that. I've wired temptation so deeply into my being that it is hard to take a step back when being tempted. I just lost a battle for all of 5 minutes before reason kicked in and I grabbed hold of Truth and bookmarked this thread. This addiction is so insidious and sneaky and utterly life destroying by no stretch of the imagination. What's scariest is that the filth is always one click away! I realize I need to gain self control to stay clean, but I also understand to stray from the truth is to enter into a false life of lying to myself.
I'm with you on visiting this regularly. It's too easy to get complacent and think we have it all under control when we feel fantastic. You know you have a bad addiction when you act out, not to escape from discomfort, but to indulge in lust.
This. This describes me so well. Thank you for saying it! Like a lot of others, I too have this thread watched and bookmarked and will try to come back to it more often. So, I also thank D.J. for the original post!
Does anyone know how to reset their No PMO streaks? What I've been doing doesn't seem to be working: I go to this page, enter in the current date and time, and press submit. Afterwards, the number of the days still remains the same (as you can see below, 7 days - which really is now 0). Thanks for the help
Hey mayne thanks fo this useful information.. I just joined this community and read this. Its good to know how much everyone can relate his experiences and share thoughts.. Which is very important to let your brain know whats right and whats not..! I m starting with 90 day challenge. From tommorow 9th of April 2017 and looking forward to applying all these tips..!
In fact this is one of the most true and inpirational things i've seen to fight against this addiction. We must declare war against this old way of living and become better every day!
