Yeah, I’ve heard people say you gotta delete the triggers and they always mention social media but what do I do if the trigger is in my mind, I can be all cool walking on the park and then an scene I watched before pops up in my mind and won’t leave
I just busy myself doing stuff like cleaning my apartment, talking to friends , reading books and more meditation.
Maybe try to focous on your life goals. Other goals, than quitting it. If you don't have them, find them. Think about what you want to do in the future, what kind of person you want to become. What actions will you take to achieve that. Just try to focus on improving your life in other ways than quitting it. It seems to me that when your brain is occupied with such thoughts and things, it should help.
