Urges to fish are strong as my streaming service has increased it's soft p content which comes up when searching for other movies. I prob just need to cut loose from this again now.

Watched the French Connection II and realised we really need to treat P as pure poison the same way we should look at heroin

    Hey @lonelyheartofmine y @Keli reposting this
    • You are not back at square one
    • Genuine progress has been made
    • You are still changing and change has happened
    • Do not Binge (look at @RiseToGreatness post below from SATURDAY)
If you are binging - STOP - cop the fk on - you know you do not need this at all - get started on documenting where when and how this happened, what were your triggers, what were your emotions (BLASSTED) where were you on the FASTER scale - watch the 2 short videos below - get back on the wagon brother, you know you are headed towards the sunshine of freedom from this slavery

    https://thefreedomfight.org/30-day-challenge-sign-up/day-18-relapse-and-reality-video/

    Quoted from @RiseToGreatness
Well, i also struggle a lot to prevent binging. The technique that worked the best for me was:

1 - After the relapse, while you´re still numb, erase all content leftovers (if any) from the electronic devices.
2 - Shutdown all electronic devices. All of them. Do this as sign to yourself that something serious has happened.
3 - Write a retroactive entry on your journal. Detail the internal (thoughts, feelings...) and external (circunstances) events that lead to the relapse. Learn with the relapse and improve your strategy. "What will i do different next time?"
4 - Be accountable for the relapse, in a community or with your AP.

5 - Read your buy-in (motivation for the reboot) or write a new one. Why do you want to overcome this addiction?
6 - On the next 24 hours always stay around people.
7 - Tighten your triggers prevention system on the following weeks, until you feel solid.

The first 4 steps are the most critical, and should be done immediately after the relapse.

Honestly this information is so important that i will write it in "my story and tips". Not sure if it fits the maximum characters allowed :D, but i will find a way to insert the info ;)
    END OF QUOTE
