    The increased urge to O was a factor, but I think accountability helps even more. Several people have been supporting me in my goal to not MO and to have more sex (more than once a month) - I think that helped me to make the effort to initiate and my partner was very happy to oblige. :)

    perfection. Try this for now. Hopefully it will lead to more sex . . . and that will lead me to MO even less. Last night I had a very erotic dream, today my head was messed up from recalling that dream and feeling all that arousal. Better now. I have survived that and feel more confident now.

    Device on. OMG, its helping so much. Feel peace rather than anxiety. Its helping me to get through the urges from this trigger. Could have very easily relapsed with MO.

    I find that it isn't necessarily about "enough" sex that's the problem, but rather, how we see MO, how we see relationships, and sex in general, that can be helpful. Not seeing sex as a crutch for happiness or peace. You already have peace inside of you.

    Thank you for bringing it back to centre! Peace is inside us. Sex and MO are just things that people do. It gets problematic when we use these things to change the way we feel . . . to escape. I need to ponder this more. And, in so doing, hopefully I will get/stay more centered.
