@Fulton thanks for the support. Having read Louise Perry's book I know what exactly is going on and why I would go on such a site. That's why I posted her quote above.

Happy to hear she's been helping you on your journey. It also makes sense, right? Sometimes our emotions can cloud our judgement; like saying "I'm so angry, I can't think straight". It's the same with horniness. It's important in those moments to notice your emotions, talk to them like a parent would a child, and then direct them. If we don't, then they end up directing us.

I had planned to get it cut before Christmas but I got a cold. Since then I've been busy studying.

I just had a cold as well. It really sucked and lasted a whole week. Do you think the flu vaccine can prevent catching a cold? If so, I’ll plan on getting a flu vaccine from now on…

@100 Days all I know is after having the Covid vaccine and booster I didn't have a single cold and before having it I would have something like 3 - 4 colds a year.
