I had a splitting chronic headache during lockdown due to my poor health, and that instantly went away when I was in the countryside. Building fences, picking food, teaching my nephew how to play games. I felt alive.

Why is it I suddenly have clear thoughts and no brain frog at 1 O'clock in the morning? Seriously, I'm about to sleep and I'm having some deep introspective thoughts rn.

I used to be a lot less vulgar on this site but I kept ranting to let the emotions loose. I feel like a hypocrite.

That's pretty much what being a Dundee fan is like right now. Roughest football club I have ever seen in my life, and that's coming from a Stoke City fan. Rory Delap would have slipped and broke his ankles doing a throw-in on that sad state of a pitch.

It’s a tough situation, but congratulations on the upcoming graduation. Are you looking forward to university?

University? I'm not rich enough for that. I'll probably be working at my brother's ice cream shop part-time. Unless I land a sweet deal through my college course then that is my future. I don't have the smarts, the credentials or the money for university. I am doing a university-level course but that's only a pathway for the second year of uni.

My school doesn't do graduation ceremonies, we get a day to ourselves then at the end get forced to leave by the staff. No handshake or piece of paper. Guess we don't have the budget, we don't have working toilets so it makes sense. They want us gone as soon as the bell rings.

I feel like garbage, I don't want a job. I don't want to be an adult. I am too stupid to function as a person. I can't tie my shoelaces let alone get a job. My credentials mean nothing, universities want 5 A's at Higher but give free entrance to migrant students who don't even have half of that because they have money. It sucks.

I give up, idgaf about my exams this year. For the first time in years I feel relaxed and comfy. I feel so old, where did the time go? It was all wasted stressing over this credentialist rubbish, so some employer can use me as a wage slave.

Ruined my chow mein takeaway too. £14 wasted to watch a game called off for incompetency.

Ordered a vegetable side portion of chow mein and got a beef one instead that tastes like it's been cooked with lukewarm tap water. I'm ordering a McDonald's instead, this is madness.

Great! I was sure you would love that. Chicken Malayan is basically the same with the addition of pineapple pieces. Chicken Kashmir is basically the same but with banana pieces. And the one that is a bit different (but even nicer IMO) is Butter Chicken. It is really creamy and delicious. ;)

My old barber is from the Kashmir region of Pakistan, he cooked amazing food. Always had cricket on the telly, wish I learned Urdu so I could speak to him. I'll give both Chicken Kashmir and Butter Chicken a try. Thank you IGY. :>

Many times my screen time is me trying to connect to my wifi since I live in a bunker, but also because I leave it turned on and listen to something while I do other stuff.

Maybe I'm just online too much since it's the holidays. I need to clear my head. Schools start back again next Monday and I have a week left before graduation.

I have time to do whatever I want now that I am pretty much graduated. I don't care how my exams go tbh considering I already have a college place. As long as I am happy I will keep going.

Alarm set for 7:15 tomorrow, I'll wake up, do my usual routine, take a cold shower, go for a walk and plan what to do. No more schoolwork to push me into backlog misery. No more dumb rote learning. I am FREE ! ! !

10 minutes if I do it gradually, 5 if it's super cold from the get-go.

i wouldn't recommend doing it before sleep, but as you think is best. 5 minutes is enough and even great for mood and energy!

It's the opposite, it makes me sleep like a baby. The warmth of my clothes doesn't feel sickly and stuffy like when I take hot showers, but cozy. My body feels softer and less tense.

It was a great game. It's going to be interesting to see who win the Premiership.

I still think we have a chance at getting the title if we play our cards right. Celtic have had some bitterly woeful results against far worse teams. We need to snip out the weakest links and get our injured players back into the XI ASAP for the game at Parkhead. There are still seven more games to go until the end of the season. We face Hearts on the 21st, Celtic face Aberdeen the day before.

Post-split fixtures will be tough, a lot of the games for Celtic up until now have been bottom-table fixtures and they still struggled. Kilmarnock won 2-1, Motherwell 1-1 draw, Hearts 2-0 at Tynecastle. But saying that, we lost 2-1 to Motherwell, drawed against Aberdeen and scraped a draw against Hearts. So we are both equally as shite.

Anyway I'm off for a walk, my legs are stiff. Ciao. :>

Hove was a separate town and much newer. But now they are joined at the hip. I think each place has their derelict areas and upmarket areas. Roedean School for girls aged 11 to 18, is an independent boarding and day school. Roedean Village on the outskirts of Brighton is festooned with millionaires. But next to it is a rundown scheme called Whitehawk. Another strange juxtaposition.

He is the freshest cat of all. Everyone mixed up Mr Fresh and Mr Shock since they are the two most popular cats. Sometimes other animals show up too. The hedgehogs live underneath the feeders so the cats coexist with them.

Robin William is 100% correct, golf is a weird and dumb sport for sadists. He visited my home city of Dundee often and golf is huge here (I live 5 minutes from a golf course for reference. He used to drink at the Windmall Bar in the Hilltown area where my dad lived. Before he was a full-time comedian, he did stand-up there. Sadly it's gone, like every piece of history left in this cursed country...

Dundee is a weird place since in many ways, it's just another generic post-industrial backwater. But every street here has history and we have our own unique identity. Makes me proud to be Scottish. Wish we could preserve our history and heritage but we're becoming assimilated into a globalist world devoid of individuality.
