Ok so I completed my first ever challenge on NoFap and held it for 18 days... Thank you guys a lot for this community and all the support.. I mean I'm thanking you for just being here... However that feeling of accomplishment didn't really last.. because I PMO'd... What happened is that although I was a lot hornier at many points during the challenge, I didn't PMO... However after the challenge was completed, just thinking that I completed the challenge made all that resistance become... pointless! My head started telling me you completed the challenge! No need to stop yourself from some tasty PMsuperO.. you're not committing to anything and here's the most important part.. you did succeeded in the challenge once you can do it again.. (at this point you can guess this wasn't the head where my brain lives..) So I PMO'd.. a few times.. preparing to face the consequences like: Anyway, I realized how much I missed the rush as quickly as I realized how easy it is to fool myself into giving in.. However it's a good thing that I got that out of my system.. I know this sounds quite cliché but I prefer to start the next challenge from scratch because this one is one that has never been done before by any human... who was me.. This time I'm going for the long haul -> 3 months beginning to end... IF I CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS I CAN DO ANYTHING.. So don't be surprised if you hear me after 3 months asking: guys who's up for a colony on the moon.. So far only 2.5% but thing is... I noticed I'm easily getting back into that state of resistance of urges... I'm finding myself again getting out of bed as soon as I'm fully awake.. I'm finding myself again kicking away all those thoughts about all the hot girls and stuff..(don't ask about the stuff).. so I believe this challenge is more of a state of mind than it is a fight again something... Anyway wish me good luck.. I'M GAME BABY HERE WE GO...
