@MarcusAurelius Love the theme of this challenge and would enjoy being in a community for some guidance.
Day 3, and I am going pretty strong. I am finding the technique of imagining wailing sirens and a big red X silencing pornographic thoughts very useful. I am amazed how many random porn thoughts I have throughout the day, but as long as I nip them in the bud then they have a hard time to gain momentum. I think a secret is to not become afraid of your pornographic thoughts and feelings. Just let them in and then out, or mentally focus on something else like with that imaging technique. Stress also can be a big trigger for porn urges, so stress management is extremely important for me. Any useful method to calm down and relax, I am doing Overcoming Social Anxiety by Dr. Richards, which helps a lot to learn about stress management in general.
