How do I raise it, slowly with adapting a new habit? I am struggling big time, to motivate myself. It sucks ass.
Hey man, you may already be aware of this, but definably one thing that can suppress dopamine sensitivity is looking at porn and fapping routinely. I see your day count is at 3, if at all possible try getting to double digits, or god willing, triple digits on your day count. It can vary greatly for everyone but somewhere between ~20 and 100 days people start to experience recovery of their brain chemistry. This is when you've stopped squirting dopamine in your brain via PMO for long enough that your dopamine sensitivity starts to raise. Then small things that used to not excite you will excite you. And motivation will be more abundant and underlined with discipline that comes easier. I am striving to get back to this myself. That being said focus on incorporating things that help you snuff out PMO, this may be cold showers, meditation, starting new hobbies, etc. You can find more about this on other threads. Thank you. My longest streak was 30+ days. The orgasm after that felt better...but I kept feeling like I wasn't fully healed. I have a form of PIED.

Whats PIED? I agree with BadFarmer. On top of that, quit sugar and video games. That also fucks with your dopamine. No sugar, reduce or eliminate video games, and nofap. That will completely reboot your dopamine sensitivity
I have a receding pied. Time heals. Hard mode 90 days, if single? or no O for a time if married. You are in a cul de sac from which you need to back out.
