Day 4 of no pmo. The happiness that's starting to fill me oh yes. I am beating the urges to m and surprising myself. Day 10 we coming.

  Love the math, but I think most of us would say that in 3+M=reset=0. (Correct me if I'm wrong guys.) PMO will try to tweak our thinking...

  You got this bro! You're stronger than you think. It would be like letting a kid take your lunch money. PMO is weak, don't give it power over you. Without you, PMO is nothing that's why it feeds on us day in and day out. We're all here for you dude!

  Hey Rey! Yes… you’ll rationalize -- like "it's not worth it" -- but you'll soon see that's that addiction talking. Got any good distractions? We've all noticed -- sometimes with surprise – urges "blow over" (no pun intended) if you just get out of the house, go for a run, or whatever works for you to snap out of it. A few hours later you'll be wondering what all the fuss was about!
