  Just a one day won't hurt you. But you certainly filled your mind with sensual stuff and drained your mental energy and fed that demon.
  Just don't relapse. Acknowledge it and create a plan for the next time. if you don't feel good about it for next few days, reset your counter.
  A one day like that won't ruin anything. You walked 50 steps forward and that's some real progress. keep heading!
