57 years young, happily married for over three decades, an avid working jazz drummer with abundance of passions. Always proud that I threw my television away over a decade ago, and the many positive things I do with that extra time. Yet, along comes the internet and the abundant, easy, enticing eye candy. An easy escape. Seemingly harmless and healthy, but wraps it's web around you. It's time to address this time- and energy vampire. I know it will not be easy and glad your are here to help.
