I relapsed after 103 hardmode semen retention days and lost my Aura :(

I have to hear about what you felt like at 300 days...

 

I agree brother it's gets easier with time, one becomes more strategic and aware, in terms of outwitting the essence stealing devil.

But there are times of disappointment when you experience a few bad days at work or have an argument with some one, that's when I feel the most vulnerable.

All my relapses are due to some dissapointments, which turned in to a long Streak ending relapses and later there was nothing but regret and misery.

Ive ended several 90 days and 100 plus days Streak all because some aswhole at work gave my shht

I'm going to work on this, I will not destroy my life.

The day I ended my previous 103 days streak I wanted to end my life, I don't even know how I got back up

But all I know is I Can't afford to have another messup.

 

More conscious than vast majority of ppl around me, like my mind was on higher level than theirs... like they all were on drugs and I was sober and could navigate unseen within the mass of those ppl.

They cant see you are "up" but u can see they are "down"

I explained it here in the past. I never misused this to get advantage of em, I used it either to help em or just get more insights for myself, from the source. The connection was there.

Other than that:
- Better looks
- Strong will
- More resistent to any pressure, mental or physical
- better mood etc

Btw Im at 200 days now, slightly more...

And that 300 was not my 1st big streak, it was a result of looong time push I do since 2017. I dont want to steal this thread. Just know that this was MINE experience and other ppl will have different one.

My 1st long streak was 200 days.. that was after numerous 30, 60, 90 etc streaks. When I got to 200 for a 1st time it was scary. I felt alien. There was nobody around me who can relate to me and vice versa. I got a girl, gave her all my semen and suffered a following horrors, learning my lessons.

My next was 300, ended the same way.

I wonder, where I will end now...

Good. The name I use here is there for a reason. I used to be a lost soul. This is not my 1st account. I returned here to rant a bit and more importantly maybe help someone. I suck at both but try.

Most important thing NoFap gave is not the benefits. It teached me important skills. Those I can use in other parts of my life. Best thing in NoFap is, that if you REALLY decide to go hard on it, put in a dedication and work, and u never give up, eventho you might "fail" at some point, it takes you on the path.

On that path, it teaches you... and that makes you a better person. Its constant progression up. It can give ones life a purpose. It goes so deep, I did not see many ppl talk about it here...

Maybe I will write a article, when Im not on my phone.

First of all congratulations for reaching 103 days of semen retention.

Like someone said if you fapped just once and you put yourself back into it right now, you won't lose much. Aura will be as before in 7-8 days and superpowers will be back shortly too.

That is what I experimented when I fapped after a long ride and got back in business right after it.

Don’t feel so bad brother you made it 100 days most of the people on here can’t accomplish! I think it’s only in you’re mind you lost the powers, some days we have those times where people are gonna be on their selfs not other people.

 

Congrats for the streak bro.
It takes a while before your powers come back, but since u've been on so many days they will come back much faster than when we fall after short streaks. Wish you the best. You are probably on another streak right now

 

To be honest, I'm planning to break my streak as soon as I reach 100 days. But I'm not ever going to use porn or even fap.
If i can't find a girl by then, i will pay someone. Shameful, i know.
