We don't get big ceremonies like they do in the US, we got an assembly with a congratulation on surviving and got to sign shirts for a few hours, play with water guns. Went bowling in the afternoon.
As much as I hated the school itself with a passion, I will miss the people there. Genuinely some of the nicest, real people I have ever met and I am blessed to have been there. What a rollercoaster man.
I have selective mutism, meaning it is very difficult to speak at school. I've tried therapy to overcome it and have made some progress, but I'm sad I couldn't have said more on my final day. Everyone was so kind and understanding.
We went bowling, took a while since it's at the other end of town. I got burger king then left at about 4. My dad bought me a Megadrive and a CRT as a surprise graduation gift. I feel so happy. I have been blessed in this life. Hasn't been perfect but I'll look back on years from now and reminisce.
