Are u talking about normal energy or sexual energy? Normal energy can be brought by a good night's deep sleep of 8 hours and after that, black tea or black coffee in the morning with good breakfast.
Just normal energy, like for daily life. Idk, I still notice I feel different after a sexual release, almost like I’m hungover or something, even if I get a good nights sleep and drink caffeine the next day
