I owe you an explanation. I did not live the best of the summers. I went through depression and anger due to a emotional breakup, which leads to several relapses and holding me back.

But hey, here I am. Since October, I started to feel better and although I have some downs in my life, I am getting good and with better spirits.

I did not start well the Christmas time, but I am ready to finish the year in better mood and with a better mindset for 2024.

Life is pain. We seek pleasure from pmo. But that's not the right way to go. This pleasure lasts for short time and life is big. So we all need a balance in life. We must set up to a life that is suitable for us. Keep faith u can do it.
