Believe it or not it's worse than PornHub. It's complete depravity and I never want to go on it ever again. I might delete this post later because I don't even want even this confession to remain here.
It's an unfortunate thing, but you're not a disgusting person. Don't let that shame isolate you. You have remorse for what you did. That's a positive sign your heart is healing. Keep at it!
@Fulton thanks for the support. Having read Louise Perry's book I know what exactly is going on and why I would go on such a site. That's why I posted her quote above.
Happy to hear she's been helping you on your journey. It also makes sense, right? Sometimes our emotions can cloud our judgement; like saying "I'm so angry, I can't think straight". It's the same with horniness. It's important in those moments to notice your emotions, talk to them like a parent would a child, and then direct them. If we don't, then they end up directing us.
