This feeling after relapse is one of the worst. Remember this next time you feel like giving in. Now don't be too hard on yourself.. Take some rest, get back up & continue the fight. Cheers & good luck.
Okay. Try to channelise them somewhere else. Like walking/music/getting busy in work/coming here for the motivation, etc.. Take it one day at a time, good luck.
Don't get down identify what made you relapse and correct it this time, it's all we can do! Believe me I've relapsed many times. Stay strong man!!
