That's more wise to challenge after getting stamina back by taking a rest than keeping actions with fatigue declining power 90%, 80%, 70%...gradually. Overwork is just risky and not wise.
In regards to that sad ass status yesterday, it was pms. And things are better because I ate a lot of chocolate. Yay me!
I feel pain and numbness at the same time, it's weird and I just am not happy right now. I feel tired and defeated. Will things get better?
Have some warm chicken soup, take some rest & get well soon.. It might be a withdrawal symptom as most of us experienced it in the initial days of our 1st streak.. Congrats on 4 days, cheers & keep going! You're doing good :-)
This is all us at some point of the month.Check ur diet. Make sure u are using ur brain (studying/ learning something.. anything) or ur body(sports or working out of any sort.. even walking helps) during the day.
Also check YouTube. You will find tons of videos on how to get better sleep. Even I personally have a playlist of videos.. just about sleep. You can dm me if u want them.
