Hey, man. Florida here, too. I'm married with kids and have been battling this nemesis for as long as I can remember. I gave up NoFap some time ago because I'd not yet found a solid and regular AP; I attempted to go it alone. Only failure ensued. Have you found a helpful AP yet? If not, then I'd be glad to become one.
