I think a general tip that I can give to everyone doing NoFap is to stop staying up late at night and sleep early.
Staying up all night rushing all my schoolworks. I should definitely train myself to be more productive
it is recommended to do it if you feel stressed by situations like in the wolf of wallstret movie said but change that habit with bodyweight training like pullups of running your body will thank you
1 year ago was my birthday, and that was my first PMO this quarantine that led to me getting addicted.
1 year later, im 14 now, but I'm back on Day 0. I wish myself the best, hopefully I can beat my best streak this time.
Currently on track for my longest streak this year, cant believe its already 10 days. Gonna keep this up.
Took another long break from the website. I'm back and streak is currently 3 days. Hopefully this lasts.
