I just need to beat these impulses for viewing P and I'd be in control.

Starting push ups each day again for a while. Getting sleep normally, not M before bed. Which I believe ruins sleep.

Haven’t wasted a drop in 20 days to P. Taking up Chinese instead of Japanese. Language is more understandable.

19 with a small reset this morning. Won't stop until I reach where I want to be.
