    Right! That's about when reading charts and waiting on tickers doesn't help. That sex energy needs more to be sublimated. You need to engage in some form of physical exercise or else relapse will be on you. Keep me updated brother.

    Actually I was so busy at the charts yesterday that I pushed the thoughts away immediately. But it’s true, physical activity helps the most. I went for a bicycle ride today, freezing cold in the snow, no thoughts about relapsing whatsoever.
