Ah okay! Just trying to add something in my routine to be consistent every other… I know the weight lifting will be what gets me to other goals
If I were to do 100 push-ups would every other day be better? Or is weightlifting a better option

I did last time and I felt dead aha I tested it and didn’t last long I guess from the build up
I’m on day 2! The urges are strong during the first week but after it feels dead aha
Damn broke on day 4 I need to start building some longer streaks!
I noticed when I did break my streak I didn’t last long like the session was very very quick, how can I prevent that if I happened to find a partner?
