I added some stuff to come out of fapping during fapping ^^ Yes try to talk about your feelings and progress on NoFap here in the forum. It really helped me too.

But yeah, what really helped in the end was meditation. This doesn't change that this forum is awesome and helped me a lot too :)

just 1 last question? how to write on forum?

first you need to create an account, with any email address which you might have already done, since you're able to text me here ^^ Then go to the bottom of a thread page and write in the text field where is written "write your reply" and click "post reply"

Ah and if you want to create a thread: Click on Post New Thread at the bottom of a forum :)
