The emotion of relapse just makes you worst. get out there! do exercise, call your AP and do journaling. You can break the chain of relapse.
Every single relapse becomes the lesson which helps you to be stronger and more prepared for your recovery later...
Counting your days is not RECOVERY. It's absence .
Morning routine, selfcare, setting boundaries, accountability, having value and standard, knowing your trigger & coping skill are RECOVERY.
