i worked in a restaurant,majority of meat an customers fav was pork, so gross, but i learnt how they like it cooked and i stuck to that,regular cooks cook pork how they like it not how customers like it, i had that curve
what i miss about my old resturant job is the customers, majority of them were elders , some had life threatening illnesses but for some reason they woke up, got on the seniors transit bus ,made theyre way to our resturant for the warm cooked food
they would say they are at severe stage of cancer they struggled to eat food but for some reason they were able to eat the food i cooked an directed others how to cook it,
