    For me, near the end of nursing school, I just feel so much progress happening and that I'm finally "lifting off the ground" that I have no desire to PMO.

    if they challenge themselves, they need all the energy they can get to avoid failing at their final goal and, having failed, to do non-violence-free things to themselves (past PMO).
