Idk, it's a trick question. Pmo can be instinctive sometimes. Maybe the hope for a better health or mental peace. Anything is better than self-destruction.
For me, near the end of nursing school, I just feel so much progress happening and that I'm finally "lifting off the ground" that I have no desire to PMO.
