Hello, my names Tom, I'm here because as much as I try to end my relationship with PMO, I cannot find the strength to destroy this addiction. I've gone as far as 56 days without PMO. Despite having multiple failed attempts at sex due to PIED and crippling anxiety in my everyday life, I still find myself indulging in this horrible addiction. I've read various books about Nofap and made daily trips to the Nofap subreddit. I've read the success stories and have seen the proof of eliminating PMO. I want to end this disease once and for all and I'm hoping this community can help.
