I am currently in my third month of nofap. I have polutions almost every night now. Recently I had three polution in a row and after a few days I had another polution. I will add that after each such session I feel weak, so I would like to have them as few as possible, e.g. once a month. How do I stop this? I even sleep on my stomach, even though it's uncomfortable and it doesn't help.
Do you have access to homeopathic medicines? Please take pulsatilla 200 every night after dinner. Few drops in water. Try some good german brands like Reckeweg if available to you and dont take difficult to digest food like oil , meat and spices. After few days you will start noticing the reduction in frequency . This is godsend medicine for wet dreams

Yes, it helped me miraculously. I got to know about it from someone who had also cured NE using this medicine and worked on me too. Wet dreams happen frequently because of prostate inflammation. Pulsatilla works majorly on urinary- genital area and will eliminate that inflammation. You will feel like ejaculating but will wake up before actual ejaculation. It will give control on involuntary ejaculation. I was having NE every week and was so debilitating. If you can take complementary medicine Thuja 30 also that will too help. Morning - Thuja 30 (Few drops in water . Night - Pulsatilla 200 no food in half hour interval of using medicines And use some dietary control. Dont eat things which cause inflammation. More fruits and salads and less processed food
Thanks for the information. I will buy both drugs. For me, polutions have been very sneaky lately because they happened during an ordinary dreams when I wouldn't expect anything.
