I‘ll use this to share what helped me on my journey and to plan my day. Now i‘ll only go to sleep. day 1: Work till 4pm then a 2mile run ( ill start this tomorrow too, to fill up time) family time and eating till 5:40pm Get ready 2hours bjj and then meditate to get to sleep ill get this done! Just did 3.8km in 20:55 min, good work for my first run in 1 1/2 years after an acl tear. now ill go to the grappling training. No slip up yet
Grappling went well, i didnt even feel the running tbh. Not one big urge and no sip up today. I am very happy about that gonna watch a series or 2 and sleep then. I hope i can sleep well. Tomorrow is a speed day, intervals of 1min fast and 1 min slow running. After that after an 1/2 hour brake 1 1/2 hours boxing. So the calves will be fuxked. Friday i wont run. after that ill sleep well hopefully Really awesome to use this like a diary, if you have any questions, just ask Another thing is, that i usually stay in bed in the afternoon. Now that i run i have enough energy to stay with my family before grappling. That was a very pleasant experience!
Did nothing today, just watched series bacause my calves are fucked. Need to normalize running tbh. I have slept 1/2 hours after work. I didnt relapse or download any apps for that. The big reason is that i didnt feel much of an urge.
I've started at home BJJ with my son using Gracie University curriculum. We hope to join a BJJ gym later this year. It's been good for us. I've been over 6 months porn free with Covenant Eyes. It works for me because I have a 12 step sponsor who gets informed on my activity with regular screen shots.
