I didn’t finish it because it took too long to get to the science and there was too much sensationalizing with clips of videos.

Here I stand at day 14. i just don't understand how time flies. No problems whatsoever. Steamin'!

 

I'm in...I just found about nofap today. I really regret what I did to myself.. Hair loss, Receding hairline, Height stopped growing and what not... But now I've decided, for what it's worth, I'm gonna give up everything..I'm already on 5 day streak..So please wish me luck!!

So, start over. But before you do think about what triggered the reset or relapse. Then come up with a strategy to avoid the trigger next time. You can do this my friend! Focus on One Day at a time!

It motivates me to start new and be more aware of my triggers.

 

It’s another day. Still going.

 

I think the idea is to just get rid of the porn addiction.
This means no PMO ever again,
O should just be in the form of sex.
Some people may occasionally MO with no P but as a (former) addict this is risky, and probably not worth it.
Once you're rebooted and if you do not PMO then you will have crazy libido for real sex, so should be motivational enough on its own to ensure plenty of O with real girls.

5 days streak and still feeling vulnerable again. Will I ever get rid of this dreadful addiction?
Porn urges are like the plague in the middle ages.
I have so much respect for every person fighting this. Hope I can honour our commitment at least this month.

 

get rid of your triggers. I am going without all technology and only using a communal computer. helps a lot
