I never get sick, cough or get sorethroat. Yesterday I pmo'd after a 65 days streak and today im coughing randomly. Although I dont feel sick but I feel the soreness in throat. Also my digestive fire burns much dimmer and my appetite for food is much less. Headache got intense one again. I dont think its coincidence. The more you practice SR it seems like you become vulnerable to relapse after-effects. Its not the old days that you'd pmo everyday and feel ok, no the downfall after each relapse after getting on SR is considerable. Conclusion : take care of your semen.
