I haven't had a wet dream in over 6 months, I cannot actually remember when my last one was. But I would say that I think wet dreams happening once every few months at least is normal. Once a week is too high (in my opinion) and will likely disrupt or over-stimulate you.

I guess it will be different for everyone, but I do think it pays to look into why your wet dreams are so regular if they occur multiple times in close succession.

I have 3 to 4 wet dreams a month I don't know if this is normal I have avoided masturbation, porn, orgasm and sex for 9 months now only my wet dreams the frequency is high 3 and even 4 in one month I don't know what to do maybe it prevents recovery

If you want to decrease wet dreams read about the eight brocade exercise mentioned on the book "rebooting as the best remedy". I have not tried it for myself. But the writer promises that the exercise helps in preventing WDs.

That's good. But I think they should happen initially given that you fapped quite a lot. It has to gradually diminish over time when your mind and body becomes purer and purer. But no worries as long as you stay away from pmo and fantasizing.

    • Hello, I have some questions, briefly, I went straight to flatline after pmo a few years ago to shrink cold dick, no sex libido, I feel no pleasure, because years of pmo, I feel numb to porn, when to treat porn also need manual stimulation, but now I am doing nofap, My current symptom is emotional numbness like a robot, unable to feel happiness and pleasure. What I want most now is to restore this sense of pleasure in daily life. and how to restore my daily mood and pleasure. Does it can not be recoverd? I think this is anhedonia, how do you distinguish it from depression

There is no way to restore it, it should recover over time. Only time and healthy habits, sleep.
Eliminate stress, alcohol. Adjust your diet.

Can you guys feel positive emotions?. All I can feel at the moment is negative emotions: empathy gone, love gone, happiness gone, joy as well. Now it's either negative emotions or a total sense of emptiness like there was a black hole sucking all the emotions I would normally feel in the past and all that is left is and empty shell.

It has taken a while but I would say I can now feel positive emotions. Definitely not at the level I should be able to but they have somewhat returned.

However being able to feel them is heavily dependent on lifestyle choices. So eating crap and not sleeping enough will naturally lower my energy and my mood. Eating healthy and keeping up with exercise and sleep maintains the balance and keeps my mood up.

I would say I also had to spend a lot of time working through the emptiness feeling and understanding why it was there. I can’t say this is the case for everyone but for me, the emptiness existed for a reason, and part of getting rid of it was figuring out why it was there.

Basically the positive emotions were being masked by the anxiety, emptiness and other emotions that PMO had been masking.

    • Hello tutor, how long have you been recovering, I don't want to get like a robot, emotional numbness, feeling no pleasure, will I recover? Otherwise, I don't know how to face the rest of my life
