Official Calisthenics thread!!!

    I recently started including one handed push ups in my routines. I'm also doing some flying(?) push ups, which feels great to be able to do. Been doing calisthenics for a year and love push ups, got like 10 different variations and try to do most of them from time to time. In my opinion, burpees are one of the best things you can do. Gives your muscles a lot of explosive power.

    Not. fan of flying pushups since those types of pushups are more for show, I remember when I was like 15 I used to do like triple clap pushups or 5 clap pushups (dont know what its called) at school to display strength but didn't really feel it was beneficial. Dont do burpees because they look weird haha. One arm pushups are great for increase in strength, I would recommend to start attempting one arm clap pushups or weighted one arm pushups when they become to easy.
