Hi! So I've never actually posted an introduction on any forum because I rarely get responses and so I usually tend to stay quiet on forums and read what others have to say. But here goes something... I decided to join this site because I need help. I've had a masturbation problem for the last 15 years, ever since I was 10 (I know it might be hard to believe the age but trust me I remember it accurately). That problem got more and more involved with porn as time went on. I've basically been living in fantasies up till this point in my life. Eventually my porn problem became much worse then my masturbation problem and I've had enough. I need to control this and not let it control me. So now I have a therapist and have also joined this site to help me tackle this problem full on. Here's to hoping the best for me and for everyone here.

We don't what how to fight until we know what we are fighting, and you've identified your enemy. Next step: dig up the roots of why you do what you do.
