DAY 56 Hello Brothers, I've been recently loosing all my motivation, I don't talk about noFap motivation which comes to me naturally (I don't feel urge to fap), I talk about general motivation, I feel a bit numb, I have no motivation to excercise anymore,I don't feel pleasure my memory is worse etc (I can mention the symptoms more specifically if somebody asks), However I had depression in my teenage years and it's something else, I don't have dumped melancholic mood, I just feel like my body has given up. Instead of excercise I play computer games all day long. I want to ask if it's Depression or just PAWS/Flatline?, I have lost a loved one few months ago but I don't connect it with how do I feel now. Thanks in advance.
Day 76 here. I’m feeling it as well. The lack of motivation, low energy. I’ve been here before. Flatline. It will pass.
It not good to let this question be answered by a poll. You shouldn't make a joke about depression, this is a serious and dangerous disease. Better see a doctor.
