So, about 10 minutes ago, I failed! It's my fault because I was having interaction with a few people and exchanged sensual dialogue that made me rage inside. Failed big time . The clock starts over.

You haven't failed because you're here. You just had a slip. Let it go and please ditch the negative language "I failed. It's my fault" etc because it will lead you back to relapse. It's not the end of the world because you slipped and you're not a bad person. You're a good person who will beat this. All the very best to you.

There is no failure, only giving up. There's a Japanese saying, "if you get knocked down six times, get up seven!!'. And another, 'If you drop your noodles, feed em to the poodles!" Ok so I just made that last one up but I guess the moral is never give up and if you make a mistake there's always something positive to be gained if you widen your perspective. 'Don't cry over spilt milk!', 'When things fall apart...make art!!'. Innit!!
Hey RLrecovery! Don't give up! Failing is just a part of learning process! Every time when you fail, just be aware why do you fail?, what the reason the driving the urge/trigger to what porn? Remember! Never give up, keep on working toward your goal to overcome urges/trigger! Over time, you going to over come it!
